| The dedicated conference center, located across the street from the inn in Ogunquit, is a beautifully appointed professional conference and function center. The executive board room with an 1830's African mahogany banquet table and upholsterred chairs comfortably seats 12 - 14. For larger gatherings, an adjacent conference room accomodates up to 75. |
The executive board room and larger conference room are also available for private parties, off-season weddings and catered special functions. A customized catering menu is available. The 38-seat Bistro and bar located below the conference center is also available for catered meals and parties. For snacks, a small kitchen is in the conference center. A dedicated restroom is also available in the conference center.
With 16 guest rooms at the Inn (additional accomodations can be arranged), and close proximity to major metropolitan areas (45 minutes from Portland, 1-1/2 hours from Boston, 3 hours from Hartford, 5 hours from New York City), the Hartwell House Inn and Conference Center in Southern Maine offers a professional, tranquil and private setting for business meetings, special functions and private parties.
